The privacy of our members’ information is our priority. We collect nonpublic personal information about our members from the following sources:
- Information received from the member on application and other forms
- Information about the members’ transactions with the credit union or others
- Information the credit receives from a consumer reporting agency.
The credit union will not disclose any nonpublic personal information about the members, except as permitted by law.
If a member closes his/her account or the account becomes inactive, we will adhere to the privacy policies and practices as described in this notice.
The credit union will restrict access to a member’s personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to the member. The credit union will maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard all nonpublic personal information.
